- Marinate for chicken cubes, add 4 tbsp curd and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, tikka masala, lemon juice, cumin powder, mix well and keep aside for 1 hour. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil, fry chicken cubes and keep aside.
- Take a pan add 4 tbsp oil add onion paste, stir fry well add tomatoes paste and stir fry well. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir fry well. Add chicken leftover masala and stir well. Add beaten curd, stir well next add kasori methi, grind the garam masala, mix well and stir fry. Add chicken cubes, add cream and stir well until smooth gravy chicken. Then smoke coal and is ready to serve with paratha or naan.
