  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large sauté pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, then add the chicken and brown for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.
