- Take 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tea spoon garam masala
- Prepare 1 whole black cardamom
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Prepare 1 tablespoons chicken masala
- Make ready 1 service spoon Olive oil
Steps to make Jungli Chicken | Coriander Chicken - Dhania Chicken:
- Marinate Chicken in 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala. Put salt as per your Taste.
- Marinate for 30 minutes
- In a pot, put oil. Once oil is heated, drop cumin seeds. Wait till they pop.
- Once they are aromatic, put sliced onion. Cook them till they turn golden brown.
- In mixer make paste of Coriander and green chillies
- Once onions are done, put whole spices. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Now put ginger garlic paste. Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Add powdered spices and mix well for 2 minutes
- Add marinated chicken, mix well. Turn flame to high else chicken will leave water.
- When chicken is done 70-80% add paste of Coriander and chillies. MIX WELL
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Cover with lid and let it simmer.
- Cooking time of chicken depends on quality of chicken. The chicken I cooked took 10-15 minutes.
- Also, change the consistency of gravy according to your liking.
