Steps to make Creamy chicken:
  1. In a bowl put small chicken pieces and add tandoori masala + salt + ginger garlic paste + white pepper powder and mix it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil and add chopped green chillies + chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes then add coriander leaves and kaju and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.Switch off the flame and let it cool
  3. In a grinder put sauteed mixture and make a paste of it.
  4. Then heat 3 tsp oil and put marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes and remove in a plate.
  5. Again heat 3 tsp oil and put grinded paste and saute 2 to 3 minutes then add a little water and saute again 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Then put sauted chicken to it and add milk + water (1/4 cup) give a mix and cover it and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add malai and cook for 1 minute and switch off the flame.
  8. The creamy chicken is now ready garnish with some finally chopped coriander leaves and some malai.serve with roti/paratha.
